History: OS: eye removed and prosthetic eye, OD: Congenital glaucoma had undergone Trabeculectomy surgery 18 years ago, currently being treated with Travatan (1 time per day) and Combigan (2 times per day)
OD: BVCA 20/100, IOP 46 mmHgmmHg
The patient is indicated for Glaucoma Drainage Device Surgery

History: OD: Normal
OS: Secondary Glaucoma after trauma, had undergone Trabeculectomy surgery and Micropulse photocoagulation, currently being treated with medication: Azagar (brimondine, brinzolamide), acetazolamide 250 mg (2 times per day).
OD: BVCA 20/20, IOP: 15 mmHg
OS: BVCA CF 0.3M, IOP: 29 mmHg

38-year-old female has bilateral eye treated rhegmatogenous retinal detachment with scleral buckle (SB), vitrectomy and silicone oil complicated with secondary glaucoma. Intraocular pressure (IOP) was sub-optimally controlled despite oil removal and proceeded with glaucoma surgery. Left eye underwent an uneventful surgery of SB removal with Paul Glaucoma Implant (PGI) and tutopatch. The 2nd eye (right) was planned for similar surgery but intra-operatively noted scleral perforation, hence it was ...38-year-old female has bilateral eye treated rhegmatogenous retinal detachment with scleral buckle (SB), vitrectomy and silicone oil complicated with secondary glaucoma. Left eye underwent an uneventful surgery of SB removal with Paul Glaucoma Implant (PGI) and tutopatch. The 2nd eye (right) was planned for similar surgery but intra-operatively noted scleral perforation, hence it was closed up with scleral graft and the PGI surgery was deferred. Post-operatively visual acuity is 6/18 OU, elevated right IOP despite on oral diamox with cup-to-disc ratio of 0.95 bilaterally.view more18:40 - 18:45
